The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay during my Easter break. The hotel's location in the middle of the vibrant neighborhood was perfect for exploring and enjoying the lively atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel staff was helpful and provided essential information, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
There were some aspects that could be improved. The bathroom facilities were not up to par, and the hallways outside the rooms had a damp smell.

Staying here was a fantastic experience. The location in Wan Chai district was perfect for me, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The service, from reception to housekeeping staff, exceeded my expectations. They were always happy to help with any request and made sure I had everything I needed. The amenities in the room were great, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. I also appreciated the flat-screen TV and air conditioning, making my stay even more comfortable. The restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a lovely atmosphere and delicious buffet breakfast. The manager even went above and beyond by providing me with a room upgrade due to some minor issues.
I had a wonderful experience at this venue. I would definitely recommend it to my family, especially because of its excellent location and the fantastic service provided by all the staff here.

Stayed at a hotel in the heart of lively Wan Chai. Enjoyed the convenience of the location, with lively bars and a 5-minute walk to the MTR. The hotel staff were helpful and efficient, allowing me to check-out 30 minutes later. The room was comfortable, tastefully furnished, and slightly larger than average for Hong Kong. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the MRT station and major bus stops nearby. Additionally, there are plenty of eateries and restaurants in the area, making it convenient for dining out. The staff at this hotel were extremely pleasant and accommodating. They were available 24 hours a day and always willing to assist with any requests or questions.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in a prime area of Hong Kong. The location was perfect, right in the center of Wanchai and within walking distance of the Hong Kong convention center. The MTR station was just a 2-minute walk away, making it convenient to explore the city. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service from the moment we checked in. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and high-quality plush towels. We also appreciated the free upgrade to a Premier room on the 13th floor, which had modern amenities and different toiletries. The hotel also had a great range of facilities, including a restaurant, bar/lounge area, fitness center, and a swimming pool. we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
